Happy 13th Birthday Colton!

Today we celebrated Colton's 13th birthday.

Per Colton's request we served Taco-In-A-Bag. Also on the menu, The Chocolate Fountain.

Duane, Grandma K, Lisa, and Grandma Nette enjoy good food and conversation.

Time for gifts. Duane and I sent Colton on a treasure hunt.

Do not cry, Do not weep,
To find the first clue you must dive deep.

An instrument with keys you play in a band,
look inside the baby grand.

Could it be there? The house in the air?

Follow the trail to the U.S. Mail.

This is the final rhyme. It is by the key that opens the door to time..

Since Colton is wet we may as well swim.

Time for Cake.

Colton had 6 friends join us for the birthday party. 2 more will arrive later.

The red frosting gave us a red tongue.

Dakota, Jason and David. The three musketeers.

Kirk and Raven hang from the diving board.

The boys were all done swimming so it was time for Airsoft Wars.

Duane and I enjoy some R & R in the sunshine while the boys entertain each other.

Caesar enjoys some sunshine too.

Time for supper. Pizza for everyone.

The traditional couch birthday picture.

Late night Swim

After a action packed day, we continue the activites with a late night swim. Tonight we will have 8 thirteen year old boys plus our 4 boys sleeping over.

Kirk is a bit upset because he is sunburnt and sore.

Memorial Day

MEMORIAL DAY

After a visit to the cemetary for the memorial service, we BBQ'd some burgers. The sun came out just in time to enjoy the first swim of summer.

Welcome Summer.
