Duane and I enjoy trying our hand at gourmet cooking. Tonight we cooked Indian Cuisine. Chicken Curry, Chappati, Basmati Rice, Kachumber Salad, Fresh Herb Chutneyand Raita with a Mango Sorbet for dessert. The flavors were amazing. Not too spicy. The boys even liked it. Colton also had vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Duane taught the boys a new game played with coins. It was amazing that they could be entertained without any electronics.
