Caribbean Cruise Vacation Day 5

Belize City, Belize
Today we tender to the docks of Belize City.

We take the long bus ride through town to the Jungle of Belize.

Once we arrived in the mountainous jungle we trekked to the river where we tubed down the river through black caves and Mayan sacrificial spots. Post tubing and lunch.

Caribbean Cruise Vacation Day 4

Costa Maya Mexico
Today we visit Costa Maya. We did not leave the tourist center.

We enjoy a beverage and a snack at Senor Frogs.

We enjoy the "Beach" at Costa Maya. Our Cruise ship is in the background. There are 3 ships docked in all.

Dinner tonight is Italian Themed. The boys are good sports and play along.

Caribean Cruise Vacation Day 3

Full Day At Sea
Today is a full day at sea. The perfect day to hang out in the sun and explore the ship.

Caribbean Cruise Vacation Day 2

Embarkment
Today we board the Liberty of the Seas.

Caribbean Cruise Vacation Day 1

Our first day of vacation only includes travel. We drove from Cloquet to the Minneapolis St Paul Airport. We got checked in and through security fairly quick so we sat and waited.

Duane loves the SAMSUNG electronics charging center.

Finally on board the plane to Miami through Dallas. We were in Dallas long enough to grab a McDonald burger and reboard. We arrived in Miami at midnight. The hotel shuttle ended at 10 pm (it would have been nice to know that prior to booking a room with them). We stayed in a cheap Ramada Inn near the airport.

Kirk's Concert

Kirk's 5th grade class put on a concert this year as a tribute to the great country we live in-the U.S.A.

Notice the red white and blue shirts.

They sang most of the military anthems all the way to God Bless America.

What a talented bunch of kids.

Christmas Orchestra Concert

Colton and the Cloquet orchestra put on a spectacular Christmas Performance. He has a new orchestra teacher, Mr. H, and he has an intereting perspective on music. This concert included us singing along to the orchestra. Fun Fun.
