WaterPark of America

We drove 2.5 hours to spend some time at the Radisson WaterPark of America. When we arrived we found out we could not start our swimming until 4 pm. So we hung out in the hotel room, got a bite to eat, and played in the arcade.

Thanksgiving Day

Today is Thanksgiving. We celebrate all that we are Thankful for. We gather the family together and enjoy good food and great company.

Christmas City of the North Parade
Every year our family attends the Christmas City of the North Parade. This year was no different. The boys enjoyed watching the parade in the single digit temperatures and drinking hot cocoa.

We spent the weekend in a hotel in Duluth. We did plenty of swimming in the hotel pool, steaming in the sauna, and hanging out in the hotel room.

Duane joined us on Saturday for some shopping and activities. Duane and David at the Duluth shipping harbor. This boat is the Sundew it breaks the ice of Lake Superior for the ships entering and exiting the harbor.

We walked from the hotel through the skywalk to the movie theater. We saw two movies today the first was an omnimax show called the "Grand Canyon" and the second was at the regular theater called James Bond "Quantum of Solace".

We walked through more skywalk to have lunch at the Radisson's Top of The Harbor Restaurant. The restaurant rotates for a full view of the city of Duluth.
